Południowa 9, zwana dalej Zamawiającym, w dniu 02.06.2008r. przeprowadziła postępowanie prowadzone w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego p.n.: &amp;#8222;Budowa budynku Gminnego Samorządowego Przedszkola w Krościenku Wyżnym&amp;#8221;, w którym kierowano się najniższą ceną netto jako kryterium oceny ofert.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&#13;

Spacerowa 1 38-422 Krościenko Wyżne w oparciu o art. 89 ust. 1 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 29 stycznia 2004 r. &amp;#8211; Prawo zamówień publicznych (Dz. U. Nr 19, poz.177, z póź. zm.) nie spełnianie pkt 5 b, c&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Specyfikacji Istotnych Warunków Zamówienia tj. &lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;brak oświadczenia że zapoznały się z terenem budowy oraz brak kompletnego formularza ofertowego z wymaganymi załącznikami tj. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&#13;
